It is common in prevailing legal and political literature, that freedom of expression is considered one of the most important freedoms, which should be enjoyed by the human being in society.
This freedom is described as natural. In other words, it is a right for the human being for what he is, regardless of his gender or culture. It is also a substantial freedom. This means that it is not based on a contract or on a certain condition, but it exists since the basics same as the right in life. It is a public freedom as well. That is to say, it is a right for all members of society, regardless of the social or educational standard of the individual. Finally, it is a constitutive freedom, as groups of other freedoms are based upon it such as freedom of press, freedom of creativity, freedom of forming parties as well as freedom of demonstration.
