Marketing agricultural products program continues to provide services aiming at increasing small farmers’ income. This is done through providing agricultural inputs with good quality and high productivity in reasonable prices. This is in addition to offering guiding models to maximize benefits for the largest number of small farmers and market small farmers’ products in the most profitable markets, in partnership with private sector representatives.
During September, the following was achieved:
• Marketing 2 tons of potatoes in cooperation with Agri Food Company
• Implementing 4 pilot fields in Qalubia in cooperation with Fine Seeds Company
• Providing 82.5 tons of Lady Balfour for 83 farms in Minya and Beni Suef
