My name is Allaa Abd El Moez. I work as a sales agent in Chipsy Corporation. I married a woman called Hoda Rabeia, a house wife. We gave birth to Yousef who is 13 years old at the first preparatory class and Somaia who is 9 years old at the third primary class. We live in a house of 70 square metres in Tala. It is composed of one ground level of bricks and steel roof. It has doors and windows, as well as all other public utilities such as clean water, electricity and sewage system. However, we couldn’t accomplish the remaining furnishings such as painting, tiling and finishing due to our limited income. Thanks God our monthly income can afford to take a loan from the housing project and pay it back on time. I decided to take a loan from the housing project in order to carry out the painting and finishing works. The problem of our place was mainly insects, lizards, mice and other reptiles that threaten our life and safety. Hence, I took the decision to accomplish the loans procedures and submitted my application.
The committee conducted an inspection for the house, which declared that the house is unsafe. I received the approval on my loan to carry out the painting and tiling works at the house, in addition to installing floor and wall tiles. That was an essential step to provide us with safety and protect my children against risks. However, there are other remaining works such as the final painting stage after paying back the loan. Thanks to the project which contributed to solve our problem.
