The Marketing Agricultural Products Program aims to offer services for small farmers to increase their income and improve their productivity level. This program includes capacity building for small farmers, helping small farmers access more competitive markets, partnerships with the Egyptian and international private sectors, and providing high quality agricultural inputs.
Achievements regarding the program interventions
- 4 farmers in Minya had 18 tons of produce marketed to the private sector in cooperation with the Agri Food Company.
- 35 farmers received enough potato seeds to produce over 40 tons of potatoes.
