My name is Rachel Ragab, graduated from a commercial instiutie on 2008, I tried many times to get a job and I couldn’t, until I recived a free invitation to an English course and customer service training, by Muslim Families CBO, in partner ship with CEOSS, where I received a professional training with Smart Academy, by well-known and professional trainers during two-month training. I discovered that what we learnt in schools wasn’t that useful; I benefited a lot from this training to deal with different types of personalities, express myself well, as well as provide quality customer service.
Based on what I learnt, I applied for a job on the Egyptian Company for air conditioning; passed an interview, and finally I could work for them. Although the training helped me a lot to find a job, however it helped me too to understand other different personalities than me, and I started to feel and realize my role and my goal in life. So I advised many people to received this training to help them on the professional and personal level. I’m thankful to all whom helped me along the way to be where I’m now.
