My name is Zaki, I work as a furniture carpenter, I live in Shosha Bahary Al Balad, I’m 45 years. I’m married to Samia, she is a 40 years old housewife. My children are Heba 16 years old, Neama 14 years old, Basma 12 years old, and Fadi 8 years old. Our home is 50 square meters and consists of two rooms, a hall , a kitchen, and a bathroom. Due to the size of our family there is no privacy for me and my wife. Also, I want to separate my children’s rooms in the future so the boys and the girls can have their own spaces. I wanted to add a ceiling to the top floor, but my financial situation does not support me to do this. Thanks to Allah I found a solution. I learned about housing loans from a neighbor who was able to renovate part of his house with a loan through Shosha. I told my wife and she became very happy, and without any delay we provided an application to get a housing loan from the housing project, when our order in the applications came, a committee of the project came included an employee of the authority and habitat official as they previewed the house on the nature, and saw our difficult circumstances and they agreed to grant us an amount of 7000 pounds and it was cashed on two payments, and all praise to Allah that he made me be able to complete the amount as it was not enough alone and I could build a reinforced concrete roof, now I have a privacy to me and my wife and I could separate in the place between the boy and the girls. And I pay a monthly installment 225 pounds and this amount does not affect on our home income, finally I extend gratitude to you for supporting me eventually to reach the existing state.
